As a Process Transformation Business Analyst within our Global Process Engineering team in Services, you will be responsible for analysis of complex cross functional Business Processes and help generate new insights and opportunities for improving Customer Experience.
To help achieve objectives, you will be analyzing the Customer Journey, identifying opportunities to drive positive impact and utilizing process expertise to implement changes.
You will partner closely with cross functional teams and leadership to ensure smooth execution, analysis and optimization of global business programs.
Your attention to detail and superior communication skills will be key to your success in this role.
You will have freedom to innovate on how to collect data intelligence, fact based artifacts, current state process design, and future state to help solve complex problems in a +$16B Services Organization using a combination of Agile, Product Model and other industry execution methodologies to drive towards a seamless, integrated delivery model with our Business Stakeholders, Technology Strategists and our IT Delivery partners.

Build expertise in leveraging technology (ARIS, Celonis) and become a subject matter expert in areas of Process Digitization, Process mining and Task mining
Problem solving - utilize analytical skills, business judgment, problem solving, and fact-based analysis to identify, prioritize, structure, and solve complex business problems
Work directly with other product owners, process engineers, program managers, business stakeholders and IT delivery partners to define integrated business needs, features, user stories for simplifying, standardizing and automating business processes; Support an Agile Framework, working in conjunction with end-users, stakeholders, and technical delivery team
Serve as the voice of the customer, providing a business view on the value and priority of work
Manage business operations reporting, analysis and more, in partnership with Chief of Staff for this organization

Here’s what we are looking for with this role:
2+ years of related experience plus a Bachelor’s degree (OR equivalent related experience and education), Experience to include:
Strong problem solving and analytical skills; Experience proactively identifying and solving problems that affect the project goals, and recognizing impact, benefits and risks, and advising on solutions
Detail oriented with first-hand experience using Quality Tools, data & quality processes to influence process design outcomes and improvements
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a track record of building positive professional relationships working on solutions, and communicating clearly and positively in many formats - virtually, in person, in writing and in presentations
Curious learner, enjoys learning new business domains and technical applications, with a track record of picking up new systems and technology quickly and efficiently
Certification in Six Sigma or Lean Agile environment, SAFe Certified is a plus
3-5+ years of experience in Business Analysis or Business Operations functions
Expert at dissecting high-level information into details and communicating them in a manner that is easily understood by relevant stakeholders
Hands-on experience with Celonis Process Mining (or similar) including Process Analysis, Transformation, Event Collection and Action Engine
