Executive Communications Senior Advisor – Services Communications
Join us as a Senior Advisor on our Corporate Communications team supporting the Services organization to do the best work of your career and make a profound social impact.
This role is based in the United States (open to Hopkinton, MA, Austin, MA or remote US).
What you’ll achieve
As a Senior Advisor on our Corporate Communications team, you will partner closely with Services communications leads to drive the communications strategies, brand reputation programs, executive visibility and speakerships, team member communications and external thought leadership messaging and platforms.
You’ll work closely with the Services PR and AR teams for media and analyst relations opportunities.
This role will report to the Director of External and Internal Communications.
Develop and execute a breakthrough Services communications strategy across thought leadership content, internal/external keynotes and presentations, blogs, videos, media opportunities, analyst briefings, internal channels and social/digital platforms
Work with Services communications leads to ensure consistency of message across Dell Technologies – internal and external strategies and vehicles
Help develop and execute inspiring team member communications strategy and program
Work collaboratively with other functional leaders such as Public Relations, Marketing and Analyst Relations and Social Media for overall programming and consistency of message
Demonstrate subject matter expertise - resourceful, strategic and a creative thinker
Maintain and build extensive relationships with team members, influencers and connect them back to relationships within a variety of business units across Dell Technologies
Have proven capability in contributing to a world-class communications function
Partner with organizations across the company to drive consistency in message and process
Support 360-degree Executive Communications for Services including:
Help create internal (team member) and external (PR/AR/Social/Digital) programs in support of our Services executive leadership team that clearly communicates value and differentiation in the industry
Support thought leadership platforms, team member communications, cross-business initiatives and innovation awareness – always-on communications and amplification
Support development of priority narratives/messaging to ensure effective internal/external storytelling
Provide communications support for company and industry events
Help integrate Services messaging and communications across company-wide campaigns/launches

Here’s what we are looking for with this role:
Experience working with all levels of executives
Able to partner with senior business leaders, communications colleagues and outside agencies to drive and enhance business results across highly-matrixed organizations.
Experience in internal and external communications, executive communications, public relations, change management and event management
Experience partnering with business operations, PR and HR colleagues to drive business results, as well as change management needs
Experience identifying and measuring communications metrics
Prior experience in B2B and technology / innovation communications
Proactive execution, speed, agility and the ability to influence and lead change
Strong skills in writing, editing, messaging, speech-writing and presentation development, project management and problem solving
Resourceful, strategic, creative and with proven expertise in engaging internal and external audiences
5-7 years of technology-related communications experience
Proficient in PPT; Video production and editing skills a plus
Bachelor’s degree in communications or a related field
